Support Coordination
We can work with you to understand, connect and implement the supports within your plan.
This could be connecting you with support workers, or providers such as occupational therapists, speech pathologists and other services you may wish to explore.
We can help keep an eye on your budgets to ensure they are being spent responsibly and effectively while maintaining an overall eye on the wellbeing of your plan, assisting with gathering reports and assessments and supporting you in person wherever required, such as attending plan meetings.
We will be there for you!
Finding and Keeping a Job
Finding a job can be a daunting experience!
We are here to support you to develop skills, enhance your abilities and increase your confidence to succeed in finding a job you love.
We work with you to assess where your interests lay and develop an employment plan that will provide the foundation to your success.
We will assist you to get interview ready and will be there to provide any support you need while on the job!
Development of Life Skills
Need to learn a new skill?
We can assist you to find and strengthen your abilities and confidence in learning new skills.
Whether it be learning to cook in your home environment, budgeting, accessing the community, participating in social activities or travelling safely on public transport – whatever skill you wish to learn we can support you in a safe, fun and enjoyable way so that you can increase your independence!
Community Participation
Want to get out and about? Either independently or catching up with your mates? Hey, even meeting some new ones.
Maybe you want to take up or explore a new hobby or it could just be going out for a well deserved coffee after the weekly shopping trip!
Pilot has you covered – we match you with a person you vibe with, and try to find a good fit that will be a regular member of your team that enhances your enjoyment of participating in your local community.

Community Group Activities
What's better than undertaking a new activity? Doing it with your mates, old and new!
Group activities don't need to be the same thing over and over, movies, bowling, shopping centres, repeat....
Although those activities can be fun, at Pilot we are all about mixing it up and exploring fun and exciting activities to undertake, keeping things fresh and experiencing
