Welcome to the brand new Pilot website!

Pilot is now a registered (yay!) NDIS provider and are now expanding our services - It's been quite the journey however well worth it. As part of our expansion, Pilot is now offering the following support services:

• Support Coordination

• Finding and Keeping a Job (Access and Maintain Employment)

• Development of Lifeskills and Independent Living Skills

• Community Participation

• Community Group Activities

My name is Scott and have lived in Mandurah my whole life, working in Mandurah, Rockingham and the greater Peel region. I’ve worked in the disability sector for over 15 years, most recently as a Team Leader for over 6 years with Local Area Coordination. Before that, I was Service Area Manager at a leading disability support and supported employment provider in Western Australia.

Pilot was established to fill a significant gap in high-quality services for individuals with disabilities and their families, as working in local area coordination for the duration that I did, opened my eyes to the realities of the lack of support and guidance that the individual and their families faced when not only choosing a provider, but also facing the disingenuous nature of an open market where anyone and everyone promises the world but often fails to deliver.

The goal of Pilot is simple – to provide a service that is trustworthy, reliable and keeps it’s promises. As a local small registered provider we are participant and family focused, and the services we provide are aimed at delivering tangible and genuine outcomes. We are committed to being open, honest and always available for a chat. We work with you and for you, and we pride ourselves on being a provider you can rely on.

As we move forward, we will also be offering some unique & innovative community supports, which we will be announcing soon, so keep an eye on our website and socials for some exciting upcoming announcements!
